Recent advances in technology have made it possible to make the fixed appliance brackets out of porcelain material rather than metal. The appliance is still visible, but does look less obvious and some patients prefer this to the conventional appliances

Because of the high cost of the tooth coloured components, we are only able to offer these for our private patients.
